Charms Office Assistant is a personnel manager and communication system used by the Hurst JH Band to send important updates, collect forms, and much more. It is incredibly important that you have updated contact information. The process for logging in is as follows:

2. Enter "HurstJHBand" for the School Code.
3. Follow onscreen instructions. If it is your first time logging in, your password is your 6 digit Student ID. Please do not include initials.
